LOUNGE The open plan lounge incorporates 2 & 3-seater sofas, coffee table, French doors from lounge to veranda, electric fire, 40” TV, free view.

KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is fully equipped to include a gas oven, gas hob, a 60/40 fridge-freezer, and microwave. The dining area benefits from a free-standing table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS The master bedroom comprises of a king-size bed with overhead storage, bedside tables, wall-mounted TV, vanity area with mirror and an en-suite with a shower, toilet and wash basin.
The twin room with two single beds with fitted small wardrobe, vanity area with mirror, wall-mounted TV and a radiator. CC2 can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

Quilts and pillows are supplied. linen can be hired for an additional charge; this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & ENSUITE Family shower room consists of a shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING CC2 has double glazing, central heating and an electric fire in the lounge.

VERANDA A large front and side veranda; with patio furniture provided.

PARKING A parking space is available to the right of the property.

DISTANCE TO THE AMENITIES CC2 is an approx. 3 -4-minute walk from main amenities.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.

WIFI Wi-Fi is available at no additional cost and maintained by a third party, therefore Newman’s cannot guarantee its access, speeds and usage.
