LOUNGE The open plan lounge incorporates 2 & 3-seater sofas, coffee table, French doors from lounge to veranda, electric fire, 50” Smart TV, free view. There is also an occasional pull-out bed to accommodate those extra guests.
KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is fully equipped to include cooker, hob, full size fridge-freezer, air fryer, Tassimo coffee machine and microwave. The dining area benefits from a free-standing table and 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS SC16 has two bedrooms. one double with walk-in wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity area, smart tv and an en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin.
The twin room with two single beds with fitted small wardrobe, overhead storage and radiator. SC16 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied. linen can be hired for an additional charge; this can be added at the time of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET Family shower room consists of a shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.
HEATING SC16 has double glazing, gas central heating and an electric fire in the lounge.
VERANDA A veranda with patio furniture. There is also a small patio area by the veranda.
