2 bedroom 6 berth 32 x 12ft Willerby Martin.
Key Features: Central heating, Wi-Fi access, private parking, en-suite bathroom to main bedroom, fridge freezer, gas fire, dining area and family shower room. Maximum 6 guests.

LOUNGE The open plan lounge incorporates fixed wraparound seating and comes complete with TV, free view and gas fire. Please be advised that there is an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge for those additional guests.

KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is fully equipped to include an electric cooker, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. The dining area benefits from free standing table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS This holiday home has two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, vanity area, an en-suite bathroom. The twin room with 2 single beds; has bedside cabinets and a small fitted wardrobe.
BB321 can cater 6 guests. There is an occasional pull-out bed located in the lounge for those extra guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & ENSUITE Shower cubical, washbasin and toilet. BB321 also benefits from an en-suite shower, toilet and hand basin.

HEATING A gas fire in the lounge and central heating throughout.

VERANDA Veranda with patio furniture supplied.

PARKING Private parking close to the accommodation.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES Beverley Bay location is separate from the main amenities with an approx. 3-4 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. Please note this unit does not allow pets.
