DOG FRIENDLY The owner of BW6 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE Open plan with fixed corner seating, TV with Freeview and DVD player and gas fireplace. An occasional pull-out bed is available for those extra guests. BW6 can sleep a maximum of 8 guests.

KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, integrated fridge freezer, gas oven and grill.

DINING AREA Free standing table, with four individual seats.

BEDROOMS Double bedroom with vanity area, fitted wardrobe. The double bedroom also as an en-suite toilet and hand basin.
Two twin rooms with 2 single beds and small single fitted wardrobe.
Includes a sofa bed in the lounge and sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET Family shower room, with shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. Additional en-suite toilet and basin is available in the master bedroom.

HEATING Double glazed with full central heating.

VERANDA Gated front facing veranda with side walk way. Patio furniture is supplied.

PARKING Allocated parking to the side of the accommodation.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES Beverley Bay location is separate from the main amenities with an approx. 9-10 minute walk.
