Sunrise Cove 4 is a 38ft x 12ft 2-bedroom 6 berth ABI Wimbledon.

DOG FRIENDLY The owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process. If you require more information, please feel free to contact the office.

LOUNGE The open plan lounge incorporates fixed seating and comes complete with electric fire, TV, free view and DVD player. Please be advised that there is an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge for those additional guests.

KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is fully equipped to include cooker, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. The dining area benefits from a table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS This holiday home has two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, TV, over bed storage and an en-suite toilet and wash basin. One twin room with two single beds, TV and fitted small wardrobes and radiators.
SC4 can cater 6 guests. There is an occasional pull-out bed located in the lounge for those extra guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & TOILET Shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin.

HEATING SC4 has gas central heating and an electric fire in the lounge.

VERANDA A full wrap around veranda with patio furniture.

PARKING Own driveway.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION SC4 is an approx. 3 -4-minute walk from main amenities.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
