LOUNGE Open plan with fixed corner seating, TV with Freeview and DVD player and gas fireplace. An occasional pull-out bed is available for those extra guests. BB394 can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, integrated fridge freezer, gas oven and grill.
DINING AREA Free standing table, bench style seating.
BEDROOMS Double bedroom with double bed with fitted wardrobe, room for a travel cot, Tv and heating.
One twin room with 2 single beds, Tv and small single fitted wardrobe.
Includes a sofa bed in the lounge and sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
SHOWER ROOM Shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin.
HEATING Double glazed with full central heating and radiators.
PARKING Allocated parking.
NON-SMOKING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit allows pets.
