LOUNGE
KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is fully equipped to include cooker, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. The dining area benefits from a table, bench seating and 2 chairs.

BEDROOMS This holiday home has two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, over bed storage and an en-suite toilet and wash basin. One twin room with two single beds with fitted small wardrobes and radiators.
BB370 can cater 6 guests. There is an occasional pull-out bed located in the lounge for those extra guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & TOILET Shower cubical, washbasin and toilet. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin.

HEATING Gas central heating and an electric fire in the lounge.

VERANDA Complete with patio furniture.

PARKING Allocated parking space.
